At the beginning of a project, everyone prepares, plans and has a good “think” about what we want the development to be in the end. What kind of look fits into the neighbourhood, what kind of floorpan works for the demographic, how do the building layouts flow for neighbour interaction, traffic etc. and what will homeowners view outside their windows. A lot of thought goes into how to turn these buildings into forever homes.
Currently, at Roundhouse in Aldergrove, we have more that 3/4 of the homes occupied. You can feel, hear and see the buzz of new neighbours putting out planters, door wreaths, meeting each other and forging new friendships. We, on occasion, receive emails with stories of friends telling friends to move next door! How cool! Roudnhouse is becoming a neighbourhood and we couldn’t be happier…check!
