RANDY KLASSEN

Jack of all trades. Master of them all. When it comes to knowing virtually every phase of home building inside and out, Randy is our go-to guy. A bona fide Westcoaster, he trained in construction fundamentals and codes at BCIT. His experience as a framer led him to start his own business where, a short time later, he was recruited by a large development company as a Site Superintendent. Independent by nature and wanting to take on a more integral role, Randy teamed up with Daphne and Stephan to form Gramercy Developments. His role covers project management, scheduling various trades on project sites, management and planning. He knows every Gramercy project down to the studs…literally.

DAPHNE LUKING-KLASSEN

Creative, driven, and innovative by nature, Daphne loves to bring excellence to the process of home building. After earning a Bachelor of Communications degree from Trinity Western University, she went on to spend several years as a realtor in the Lower Mainland and managed several single family home builds. Her combination of work in the family real estate company, creative background and marketing savvy has proven to be a formidable skill set that continually sets Gramercy apart from other developers. Today, Daphne oversees all matters relating to concept collaboration, project design, marketing and branding. The favourite part of her role is managing Homeowner Services and ensuring a quality experience for all Gramercy Homeowners .

STEPHAN LUKING

As a third generation builder who grew up in the construction industry, Stephan’s impressive combination of both formal (University of Waterloo – Civil Engineering Co-op Program) and hands-on training means his experience spans every aspect of the build process: from framing and site management to daily operations, financial overview and ensuring adherence to municipal guidelines. Stephan's 20 years of experience in land development, starting with his family's business in the 1990's, brings a depth of knowledge key to being a leader in the industry today. An immense arsenal of information and experience are what Stephan adds to the collaborative process. These traits are important contributors to every project, making them a key factor in the success of Gramercy.

We love real estate, construction and property development. Why? Because it’s what we know. It’s what we grew up with. We’re a second-generation development company that started in 2005. But our roots go back even farther than that though. We’re all part of a family group of developers with more than 45 years of experience building quality homes and neighbourhoods throughout BC’s Lower Mainland.
